Terms of Service
Last updated September 14, 2026
1. Services
We provide junk removal, bulk trash pickup, hauling, demolition and local moving services across Maryland, Washington DC & Northern Virginia. Availability depends on location, load size and schedule.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes given by phone, email or from photographs are estimates. The binding price is the one we confirm on site after inspecting the actual load, before work begins. Once you accept that price, it is fixed for the agreed scope. Additional items added after that are priced separately and agreed with you first.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion by card, cash or bank transfer, unless invoicing has been agreed in advance for commercial work.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at no charge at any point before work begins, including after an on-site quote. We ask for as much notice as you can give so the slot can be reallocated.
5. What we cannot accept
We cannot take hazardous waste, including paint, solvents, oil, chemicals, asbestos, and medical or biohazard waste. If such material is found on site we will stop and advise you of the correct disposal route. You agree not to knowingly present hazardous material for removal.
6. Your responsibilities
- Ensure you have the right to dispose of the items presented
- Remove personal items, documents and valuables you wish to keep beforehand
- Provide safe, lawful access to the property
- Tell us about hazards, restrictions or building rules that apply
7. Items removed
Once removed, items become our property and are donated, recycled or disposed of at our discretion in line with applicable law. We cannot return items after removal. Where we find documents, photographs or apparent valuables during a cleanout we will set them aside for you, but you remain responsible for removing anything you want to keep before we start.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care. We are liable for damage caused by our negligence. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for damage that is unavoidable given the access available, or for indirect or consequential loss. Report any damage within 48 hours so we can deal with it.
9. Scheduling
We give arrival windows rather than exact times. Weather, traffic and preceding jobs can affect them, and we will contact you if a window slips materially. Availability is subject to capacity and no slot is guaranteed until we confirm it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
