What we collect

Only what you give us, and only what we need to quote and carry out the work:

Contact details — name, phone number, email address and ZIP code, when you submit the quote form or contact us.
Job details — the service address and a description or photographs of the items to be removed.
Usage data — if analytics is enabled, aggregate data about pages visited and how you reached the site. This does not identify you personally.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is taken in person on completion.

To contact you about your booking
To keep records required for tax and insurance purposes
To improve the website

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Only where necessary to run the business: our website host, our email provider, and — if enabled — our analytics provider. Each processes data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and embedded content

This site sets no advertising or remarketing cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, it sets a first-party cookie to count visits, which does not identify you personally.

Google Maps. Pages on this site embed a Google Map so you can see where we are based and which areas we cover. The map is loaded only when you scroll down to it. Once it loads, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address and browser information, under Google's own privacy policy. We do not receive that data and we do not use it. If you would rather not load it, do not scroll to the map, or block third-party cookies in your browser — the rest of the site works exactly the same without it.

Google Maps is the only third-party embed on this site. There are no ad pixels, chat widgets or social trackers. Should we add advertising or remarketing tools in future, this policy and a consent mechanism will be updated before they go live.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months. Records of completed jobs are kept for as long as tax and insurance requirements demand, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email richbrothersbulkytrash@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, Maryland, Virginia or District of Columbia law may give you further rights, which we will honour.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
