Do I need a permit to remove a shed?
For most small sheds and playsets, no. Larger structures, anything on a concrete foundation, or work in a historic district may need one — check with your local authority, and we can advise from experience.
Can you remove a hot tub?
Yes. Hot tubs need draining and cutting down before removal, which is why almost nothing else will take them. It is a routine job for us.
What about the concrete pad underneath?
We can usually break out and remove a slab, priced separately by weight because disposal cost is weight-driven.
How long does it take?
A standard garden shed or playset is typically a half to full day including removal of all material.
